The year 2007 was a beginning of a new period for the ART, when Agricultural and Development, Educational and Social Diaconia, Capacity Building Programmes worked to complete the existing projects and gradually evolved implementation of a three year Integrated Development Programme. [learn more]
Capacity Building
The major goal of the ART Capacity Building Programme is to build the capacities of ART partners in planning, for each organization to have updated working strategic plans and to implement them; to improve the skills and knowledge in development and management of social-development projects and programs, i.e. that all the partner organizations have capacities to develop and manage high quality competitive projects concluding from their strategic plans; and finally to build capacities in participatory community development, and as a practical output to design Community Development Plans for each community in a participatory way.
